Every order is important to me no matter how many items or what products! All policies are in place to ensure that every Baddie receives the best quality and is treated fairly and kindly.

Processing time
If you place a nail order,
processing time is 7-20 Business days.
- Processing time for all orders that contain press on nails is 7-20 BUSINESS days (1-3 business weeks). This excludes SAT/SUN and holidays.

- Purchasing a sizing kit with your press on nails will extend the processing time. Sizing kits are shipped first. After submitting your sizes, the set will be made and shipped.

Rush orders are not available. Please place orders atleast 2-3 weeks before you need them.

- If your order does not contain press on nails, processing time is 3-5 business days.
Due to the intimacy of products,
All sales are final.
- Refunds are only available in the case of cancellation.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing an order will receive a full refund. After 24 hours, cancelled orders will be given a partial refund of half the order subtotal.

Sizing
Be sure your sizing is accurate,
There are TWO methods for sizing.
- Use the FREE DIY sizing guide by clicking the button below or going to the "Sizing" page.
- Purchase a Sizing kit with you nail order. Sizing kits CAN'T be purchased separately. If a kit is purchased, it will arrive before the set is created.

- Sizing is important! Please follow directions

- If your nails don't fit and you need replacements, you'll have to pay for them. You won't be refunded if your nails do not fit.

- Badd Press accepts payment through Wix's secure program.
- We only accept USD (United States Dollar) at this time. These are the accepted payment methods.

Custom Consultations
Consultations are time sensitive!​
​
- Within 24 hours of submitting your consultation, your set will be approved or denied. If approved, you'll receive a quote for the set.
- Within 24 hours of receiving the quote, you must confirm that you'd like to purchase your set by accepting the quote.
- Once you agree to purchase your set, you'll receive an invoice. You' ll have 48 hours after receiving the invoice to complete your purchase.
- Failure to submit payment may prohibit you from making future purchases.
Privacy Policy
- Any data you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and address will only be utilized for necessary communication and shipping purposes.
- Badd Press adheres to the PCI-DSS requirements to ensure that your information is handled securely and in compliance with industry standards.
- Your data may be stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications on secure servers behind a firewall to ensure your data’s safety.
